DELIVERY TIME

The deadline for receiving products purchased through our online store for any city, except Campo Grande - MS, is informed in the delivery method chosen in the cart and starts counting from the 1st business day following the day of payment confirmation.

If the front is free of charge, it will only be carried out using the PAC method of the Post Office with a delivery time according to the buyer's zip code.

Customers who live in the city of Campo Grande - MS with purchases over R$60.00 have delivery at a cost of R$20.00, depending on the region.

BELLA PEDRA CRISTAL Online Store will do everything possible to meet the deadlines set forth in these regulations. However, for reasons beyond our control, unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, we will always try to notify customers of any delays.

If the order is lost before delivery to the registered address, the order will be resent or cancelled after the carriers confirm the loss, which occurs within 5 to 7 business days.

Deliveries are made during business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and may extend until 7 p.m. Someone must be at the address to receive the order. It is not possible to schedule a delivery time.
